SHIPPING POLICY

We deliver across India, with every order sent directly from our fulfilment partner. Here’s what to expect.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are usually dispatched within 2–4 days. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

DELIVERY TIMES & COST

Delivery is free on every order, to every PIN code we can reach. Estimated delivery is 10–15 business days from dispatch. These are estimates, not guarantees; occasional delays can happen once a package is in transit.

TAXES & DUTIES

All prices include GST and any import duties, so the price you see at checkout is the price you pay. There is nothing extra to pay on delivery.

CASH ON DELIVERY

We don’t currently offer cash on delivery. You can pay securely at checkout by UPI, card, net banking or wallet.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link by email. If you haven’t received tracking information within 5 days of ordering, contact us at support@zunuci.com and we’ll look into it.

DELAYED OR LOST PACKAGES

If your order is taking longer than expected or tracking shows an issue, email us at support@zunuci.com with your order number. We’ll investigate with our carrier and get back to you with next steps.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Please double-check your shipping address and PIN code at checkout. We can’t redirect a package once it’s dispatched, and we can’t be held responsible for orders delayed or lost because of an incorrect address given at checkout.
